Program Study of Diploma of Office Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. This scientific work discusses office layout in the Asset Management Center unit at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The problem found is the ineffectiveness of the open space system for the Asset Management Center unit, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This problems because difficult to communicate between divisions, and also it’s difficult have a privacy between divisions because spatial planning is open or has no boundaries. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with methods of collecting data through literature and observation. From the results of this study it can be seen that the application of a closed office spatial layout is far more effective and efficient in communicating. This is because the benefits applied by the location of closed office space are far greater than the location of open office space. Keywords: Closed Office Spatial Layout, Spatial Open Office Layout.
