The purpose of writing this paper is to find out about work effectiveness in archive care at LCDM 1 section PT Bank MDT. The method that used for writing this paper is with descriptive analysis method and the method for data collection are with observation, interview and literature study. From the results of writing this paper, can be known that there are several problems that cause the company’s work effectiveness was bad. And to solve that work effectiveness problems is to fulfill the effectiveness support factors so that the work can be done on time. Key Word: Effectiveness, Work Effectiveness
