Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work aims to determine the discipline of employee spelling at PT Damco Warehousing Indonesia. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a method of collecting data through observation and literature. From the results of the study it can be seen that employee self-awareness is very influential on the level of work discipline in the organization. The role of the leader also greatly influences the level of discipline. Leaders need to provide supervision, attention, counseling, and guidance to employees so that employees can be well controlled and work discipline can work well. The leadership also needs to act decisively in giving sanctions to anyone who violates the rules. Keywords: Work Discipline
