This scientific paper aims to find out about the procedure for receiving incoming letters found at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with methods of collecting data through literature and observation. From the results of the writing, it can be seen that the procedure for receiving incoming letters in the Policy Owner Services-Operation Services Division at PT Bhinneka Life Indonesia is not in accordance with the procedure for handling the letter, the problem is seen from the presence of mailing and improper storage of letters.
