  • The purpose of this research are: 1) To find a description of compensation, career development, and employee satisfaction at PT EPS, 2) To test and analyze an influence of compensation on employee satisfaction at PT EPS, 3) To test and analyze an influence of career development on employee satisfaction at PT EPS. This study used Partial Least Square method to analyze the data. The research model using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research conducted on PT EPS with sample of 49 employee’s and used saturate sampling technique. Research data retrieval by survey method and the data processed with SmartPLS version 3.2.6. The results shows a significant influence of compensation and career development on job satisfaction.
