- The purpose of this research are to find a description of compensation, job insecurity, and job satisfaction at PT Kimia Farma Apotek, to test and analyze an influence of compensation on job satisfaction of contract employee’s at PT Kimia Farma Apotek to test and analyze an influence of job insecurity on contract employee’s job satisfaction at PT Kimia Farma Apotek. This study used Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) method to analyze the data. The research model using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research conducted on contract employee’s who have worked for at least 6 months of PT Kimia Farma Apotek with sample of 83 employee’s and used purposive sampling technique. Research data retrieval by survey method and the data processed with SPSS version 23. The results shows a significant influence of compensation and job insecurity on job satisfaction.
