- The purpose of this research are: 1) To find a description of organization culture, work stress, and job satisfaction at PT ASABRI, 2) To test and analyze an influence of organization culture on employee’s job satisfaction at PT ASABRI, 3) To test and analyze an influence of job stress on employee’s job satisfaction at PT ASABRI. This study used Statistic Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS) method to analyze the data. The research model using descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research conducted PT ASABRI with sample of 162 employee’s and used purposional random sampling technique. Research data retrieval by survey method and the data processed with SPSS version 23.0 The results shows a significant influence of organizational culture and job stress on job satisfaction.
