  • This study aims to determine the Effect of Executive Compensation on Company Performance with Leverage and Company Size as Control Variables: A Case Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2016 with 480 units of research samples. The independent variable used is Executive Compensation. The dependent variable used is company performance (ROA and Tobins Q). This study uses two control variables, namely company size and leverage. The sampling method used in this study is to use a purposive sampling technique. The model used in this study is Random Effect Model and Fixed Effect Model. The results of the study show that executive compensation has a significant and positive effect on company performance with ROA & Tobins Q.
