State University Of Jakarta. This scientific work aims to find out the costs included in setting tariffs at PT Pos Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative analysis with methods of collecting data through observation. Each package delivery at PT Pos Indonesia through four stages, namely the process of collecting, outgoing, incoming and delivery. Determination of shipping rates there are provisions including package weight, distance, service, type of transportation used. The farther the destination and the weight of the package, the more expensive the price the sender must pay. Keywords: Rates, Service Delivery, PT Pos Indonesia
