- ABSTRACT Management of human resources with practice seems to have never been separated from human aspects. Humans seen from the perspective of the organization are very complex assets and their most decisive position. Under certain conditions, humans as corporate assets have the responsibility and driving force of the organization to achieve company goals or objectives, but support difficulties related to motivation, high workloads, getting awards from superiors that lead to seeking new alternative work or intention turnover. Turnover intention is a discussion in this study, because of the year it always increases. From this, several indications such as compensation, leadership style, motivation and turnover intention were found. This study asks for rewards, leadership style, supportive motivation for turnover intention. The results of this study indicate the composition of compensation for motivation, leadership style towards motivation, motivation towards turnover intention, compensation for turnover intentions, leadership style towards turnover intentions. Furthermore, respecting the consideration of turnover intentions through motivation and opposing leadership styles towards turnover intentions through motivation.
