  • Abtract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation (MK) and Organizational Justice (KO) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Job Satisfaction (KK) as Mediation . In addition, in this study to determine the effect of mediation and the effects of direct and indirect effects. The sample used was 83 employees. The questionnaire was used to collect data from respondents. Data analysis method uses partial least square (PLS) analysis technique through SmartPLS 3.0 software. Hypothesis testing uses bootstrapping resampling and sobel test by comparing T-count with T-table or P-Valuesvalue with significance level . The results in this study, found that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational justice directly, while work motivation does not affect directly . In this study it was found that job satisfaction is able to me mediating between work motivation variable d an organization against organizational justice Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The results in this study found that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on OCB, while work motivation did not have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Jobsatisfaction is able to mediate between work motivation towards OCB and organizational justice towards OCB.
