- This study aims (i) to find out the impact of the variable of the compensation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention. (ii) to analyze the variable that effect the most on turnover intention. The participant of the study is 363 employees of the Indonesia Suzuki Authorized Dealer. The study utilized quantitative method by using Partial Least Square Modeling (PLS Modeling) in analyzing data. The finding of the study is: a) Compensation affects significantly positive on organizational commitment b) Job satisfaction affects significantly positive on organizational commitment c) Compensation significantly negative have not affected yet on Turnover Intention d) Job Satisfaction affects significantly negative on turnover intention. e) Organizational Commitment affects significantly negative on turnover intention. f) Compensation affects indirectly negative on turnover Intention mediated by Organizational Commitment. g) Job satisfaction affects indirectly negative on turnover intention.
