- This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of the level of health, level of education, wages and technology towards productivity of labor in ASEAN in the year 2006-2015. The level of education in the measurement using the average of the old school. Health levels measured using the life expectancy of the population aged 15 years and above. Variable wages in the measurement using the minimum wage as well as measuring technology in the variable using the total factor productivity. Type of this research is descriptive research and associative variables describing the research, namely research and menemukanan there is whether or not the influence between the free variables with variables bound. The type of data in this study is secondary data and data panel from a year 2006-2015 in five countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Philiphina). Data analysis is an analysis of descriptive and inductive analysis. Inductive analysis on several test IE: Moderated Regression Analysis Regression Models, panels, Classic Assumption Test and test t. research results showed that (1) the educational level of influential positive but not significant toward the productivity of labor in ASEAN with a probability value of 0.861 (2) positive and influential health Levels not significantly to the productivity of labor in indonesia with the highest probability of 0.1857 (3) the wage effect positive and significantly to the productivity of labor in Indonesia with a probability value of 0000 (4) significant and influential technology significantly to the productivity of labor in Indonesia with a probability value of 0000.
