  • Nabilah. 8105141531. The Influence of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Literacy and Work Motivation on Economic Teacher Performance of Public Senior high School in Jakarta. Skripsi: Program Study of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2019. This study aims to determine whether there is influence ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Literacy and Work Motivation on Economic Teacher Performance in Public Senior high School at Jakarta. This research was conducted for three months from the month of October to December 2018. The Research method used was survey. The population on this study were all economic teachers of public senior high school in Jakarta. Affordable population of this study are economic teachers of public senior high school in East Jakarta amounted to 157 people. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling, then the samples amounted 113 respondent. The data in this study using SPSS version 23.0. Based on test analysis requirements, the data is normally distributed and has a linear relationship. The regression equation obtained is Ỹ = 45.870+0.521X1+0.604X2. Based on the hypothesis test consisting of F test and t test. Based test F known that Fcount 48.922 > Ftable 3.93. Based result test t ICT literacy had a tcount 6.424 > ttable 1,98176 and result test t work motivation had a tcount 8.003 > ttable 1,98176. Based on the determination coefficient test, ICT literacy and work motivation simultaneously affect teacher performance of 46,1% and the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The conclusion in this study is there are positive and significant influence between ICT literacy and work motivation on economic teacher performance of public senior high school in Jakarta.
