Commerce Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2014. This research was conducted at the PT.Unex Inti Indonesia, for 3 months, starting from March 2014 until June 2014.This study aims to determine the relationship between organization climate and job satisfaction in employees of PT.Unex Inti Indonesia. Research method is a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all employees of the marketing and operational PT.Unex Inti Indonesia. Population inaccessibility is domestic cargo sector employees the marketing and operational PT.Unex Inti Indonesia as many as 47 people. The sampling technique used is simple random technique as many as 44 people. The resulting regression equation is Y = 38.18 + 0.43 X Test requirements analysis is the normality test on the estimated regression error Y over X with Liliefors generate test Lhitung = 0.1019, while for n = 44 Ltabel at significant level of 0.05 is 0.1336. Because Lhitung <Ltabel the estimation error Y over X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fhitung <F table is 0.70 <2.08, so it was concluded that the linear regression equation. Test the significance of regression yield of F> F, ie 23.39> 4.07, meaning that the regression equation significantly. The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0.598, then test the significance of the correlation coefficient using the t test and the result of t = 4.836 and table = 1.68023. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.598 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 35.77% 35.77% which indicates that job satisfaction is determined by the organizational climate.
