This study aims to analyze the level of education and education in West Java Province. The data used in this study is secondary data, with data type ie panel data and using random effect model in period 2011-2015 obtained from office of Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and BPS. This research method using expose facto method. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple regression analysis. By using multiple regression analysis model, the result shows that education level (X1) is negative and significant to poverty (Y) in West Java Province. Education sector government expenditure (X2) is negative and significant to Poverty (Y) in Banten Province. From the F test results with attention to the significance value = 0,000000 <0,05 Then it can be concluded education level and number of education sector have significant effect to α = 5% to poverty in West Java province. The value of determination coefficient (R2) was obtained at 0.780978 which can be used for education level of 78% by other factors not present in this research model.
