- This report purpose for explain about activities internship in Marketing Administration Support Division PT. Penerbit Erlangga for 40 worked days started July - August 2018. During the Internship, practitioner is placed in the Division Marketing Adminsitration Support. During internship practitioner did some task such as made sales order in Microsoft DyinamicAX, recapitulated sales order, answered the telephone from customers, check stock of goods in the web ordering May AX, attended briefing and evaluation sales. Having completed the field work practice, it can be concluded that this field work practice aims to increase knowledge about Marketing in company and skills as well as real work experience for the practitioner.
