- This report was written with the purpose to inform the practitioner activities for 40 working days (16 July - 7 September 2018) at a credit insurance company, PT. Askrindo (Persero), in the Retail Business Program Division (BRP) as a supporting staff. During PKL activities at PT. Askrindo (Persero) practitioner is assigned to assist staff in the BRP Division to conduct Direct Marketing and execute them. It starts from making an offering letter and submits a Non-Binding Indication (NBI) draft and then compile a Cooperation Agreement Draft. PT. Askrindo (Persero) was established as a Collateral Subtitution Institution, between UMKM with bank and non-bank financial institutions. In order to support the Indonesian economy by empowering and guaranteeing UMKM that are feasible but not bankable. By conducting this Internship program, the practitioner is expected to be able to become an experienced graduate in the further working field, increase the practitioner networking, as well as increase the practitioner's insight in the field of marketing studies.
