- This report aims to inform the activities of practicant for fourty days (July 16, 2018 - September 7, 2018) at PT. Wahana Informatika Teknologi. Practicant assigned as Administrator Sales and Sales at Marketing Division. Field Work Practice aims to gain knowledge in terms of work in companies, especially in the field of Marketing. During the Field Work Practice, practicant do several jobs such as find new company location information and telephone numbers, respond to orders via telephone, email and whatsapp and process them, make Quotations to send to consumers, record Sales of goods and update new customer record, confirm to the customer. With the experience of this work practicant can describe conclusions that practicant gain knowledge in terms of work, especially in the field of Marketing in the company, then practicant can improve skills in terms of telemarketing, and practicant can compare theories between theories obtained in lectures with Field Work Practice.
