Internship aims to provide and increase student insight related to company
activities in the field of Human Resources, provide work experience, and directly
know the description of company activities related to the field of Human
Resource Management work. Internee implement the internship in Department of
HR & CDC Plaza Witel Telkom Indonesia. The tasks assigned to internee include,
make a HR meeting report, identification an attendance list and make an
administration of apprentices, a list of preparations and help implementation the
CSR program, recapping. From the implementation of this internship, internee
had many experience and knowledge about the real work and also the
