PENGARUH KREATIVITAS DAN MINAT BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS XI DI SMK GITA KIRTTI 2 JAKARTA

This research has a purpose and that is to know the influence between creativity and interest in Learning Learning Achievements against the Students of Class XI in SMK Gita Kirtti 2. This research was conducted for three months starting in November 2018 until January 2019. Research methods the survey method is used with the korelasional approach. The population is affordable in this research the whole class XI Gita Kirtti 2 Jakarta that amounted to 168 students. The sample used in this study is 110 people by using the technique of proportional random sampling. The data of the variable Y (achievements), the variable X 1 (Creativity) and variable data X 2 (Interest) for the secondary data is Y and x 1 and X 2 is primary data. Technique of data analysis using SPSS version 24.0. F test results in table ANOVA produces Farithematic (62.941) > Ftable (3.08), this means creativity and interest in Learning the simultaneous effect of positive achievement against learning. Test t produce tarithematic X 1 (4.283) ≥ ttable (1.984) and tarithematic X 2 (3.651) ≥ ttable (1.984). The regression equation on research is Ŷ = 0.205 59,212 + x 1 + X 2 0.103. The great influence of the dependent variables can be viewed from the value of the coefficient of determination (R square) that the magnitude is 51.4% while the rest amounted to 48.6% is affected by the independent variable that is examined in this study. Conclusion this study is there is a positive and significant influence between creativity and interest in Learning Achievements against the students of Class XI SMK Gita Kirtti 2.
