- The Internship Report at PT Duta Mitra Lestari. Bachelor Degree of Management, Human Resources Management Concentration, Majoring Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. Implementation of The Internship Report (PKL) aims to get information related with the study internee in order to fulfill one of the courses of the Faculty of Economic Management Undergraduate program State University of Jakarta and give student knowledge, insight, and experience, especially in the field of human resources as well as building and expanding friendly relations and cooperation between the company with UNJ or government agencies. The internship program has been conducted at PT Duta Mitra Lestari. during March until May 2018. The internee was placed at Administration and Human Resources section. Jobs given to the internee during the conduct of the internship are, doing input data participants for BPJS Tenaga Kerja and Kesehatan, make a termination contract employees, doing recapitulation of absence employees.
