- The Internship report at Organizational and Human Resources Development section, PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia, Jl. Ir. H. Juanda I - Jakarta Pusat 10120, July 16, 2018 – September 7, 2018. Majoring of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of internship aims to increase knowledge, ability, experiences and train ourselves to face the competition in the world of work later and also build a good relations berween State University of Jakarta and PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia. The internee implement the internship in the Organizational and HR Development section.. The internee's job are recapping employee training files, receiving reports on employees' access card, correcting new employee post test induction, completing the ASP data, reviewing and correcting the job profile according to the latest organizational structure, and make requirement profile to support the latest organizational structure. From the implementation of internship, the internee understood the work system at PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia.
