- Report on Field Work Practices at Perum DAMRI Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Human Resources Management Concentration, Study Program S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This Field Activity Practices Report is made to fulfill one of the compulsory subjects for every student who wish to obtain a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Department of Management of Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The Implementation of Field Work Practices takes place from 16 july to 10 September 2018. The objective of the Field Work Practice itself is to provide insights into the real world of work for students. This report contains the activities of praktikan during the implementation of activities at Perum DAMRI Kantor Pusat Jakarta in the HR Subdivision where the Praktikan conducts employee data recapitulation, corrects physical results, sort applicants, checks employee data lists and makes intrnship approval letters.
