S1 Faculty of Economics Management Study Program Jakarta State Universiy.2018 This report was prepared with the aim of providing information about the Field Work Practice activities carried out for 2 month or 40 working days starting on 23 July – 14 September 2018 at Ministry of Cooperation and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic o Indonesia. Praktikan is placed in the Personnel Department. Praktikan doing work such as inputting employee data that will take leave, input the employee promotion data, input new employee data, input data of employees who will retire and make a memorandum of proposal to move the agency. The Field Work Practice is carried out with the aim of increasing insight into the practitioner about the real work of the HR field and also adding work experience that cannot be obtained in the world of education.
