The implementation of this Field Work Practice aims to obtain information related to practical studies in order to fulfill one of the S1 Management courses in the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University and provide science and experience students in the field of human resources and building and improving good relations of cooperation between UNJ and government agencies or companies. Street vendors are carried out at the Electricity Development Center for Human Resources, New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources during August to October 2018. Internee is placed in the Administration, sub-section staffing and general. The main task given to the practitioner is to recapitulate the absence of Civil Servants (PNS) and Non-Permanent Employees (PTT) from each field, carry out correspondence activities, check the completeness of PNS activity report data at SAKIRA (Daily Performance System). From the implementation of street vendors it can be concluded that the practitioner gets new experience and knowledge in the field of human resources, especially in the sub-division of staffing at the Center for Electricity Human Resources Development, New Energy, Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation.
