- Implementation of Field Work Practice (PKL) aims to allow students to directly apply the knowledge obtained in the study in order to fulfill one of the subjects S1 program management Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta and give students experience in working as well as build and enhance good relations of cooperation between UNJ side with the government agencies or companies. Internship held on PT ANTAM Tbk. – UBPP Logam Mulia which are located in at Jalan Raya Bekasi Km 18, Pulogadung, Jakarta 13210. Implementation of PKL is for two months at the start since July 01 to August 31, 2015. The internee placed on field HR, CSR, & GA subdivision. Work the employees name report to be included in the list of awards, update the budget of training cost of employees, grouping pay slip per work unit, and input payment request HR, CSR & GA. From the implementation of street vendors can be concluded that the practitioner to gain experience and new knowledge in the world of work, especially in the human resource development at PT ANTAM Tbk. – UBPP Logam Mulia.
