- The Implementation of Internship for internee aims to improve the knowledge, skills, and experience in dealing with the world of work later. Internee implement the Internship at the StaffingBureau of Supreme Court’s of RepublicofIndonesia. The tasks given to the internee include: inputting changes in data and decree (SK) of employees into the SIKEP, making excel matrix of job competency requirements, creating anevaluation report of the recruitment process of CPNS in 2017, and make a minutes of meeting.From the implementation of Internship, the interneeknows how the human resource management system is found in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
