This study aims to gain knowledge based on data and facts are valid, reliable and credible if there is a relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in students of Commerce Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This study was conducted over four months, starting from March 2014 until June 2014. Research method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of Commerce Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, while the student population is inaccessibility Commerce Education Program class of 2010, amounting to 45 people. The sample used by 40 people. Sampling technique in this study is random sampling technique. Simple linear regression equation obtained was y = 9.44 + 0.86 X Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated regression error Y over X indicates that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed, and the linearity test regression using tables Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) states that the regression equation obtained is linear. In a hypothesis test, using a significance test states that the regression ANOVA table means. The correlation coefficient is calculated using the formula of Pearson's product moment generating rxy of 0.715, while the results obtained from tests of significance of 6,312 t and t tables of 1.67. Due t count> t table, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention in students of Commerce Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The calculation of the coefficient of determination showed 51.18% of the variation of the variable Y is determined by the variable X. Research conclusion is that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and or entrepreneurial intention on the students of Commerce Education Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta.
