Implementation of internship program (PKL) is purposed for gaining knowledge and experience that related with study, In order for fullfiling the courses of banchelor program of management, faculty of economics Universitas Negeri Jakarta in the Human Resource Management field especially Human Development. On how managing training especially Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Manajemen Dasar, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Manajemen Muda, and Management Trainee (MT) with recapitulating of training score and evaluation of training, then recapitulating new vendor, and recapitulating appertiences at PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. In the other hand, for building and increasing mutual relationship between Universitas Negeri jakarta and company.The appertiences is placed at Human Capital Division. In the previous internship can be concluded that the appertiences build experience and new knowledge in the work managing Human Resource Department PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk.
