  • The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine whether service quality affect to customer satisfaction on First Media users. 2) To determine whether service quality affect to customer loyalty on First Media users. 3) To determine whether price affect to customer satisfaction. 4) To determine whether price affect to customer loyalty. 5) To determine whether customer satisfaction affect to customer loyalty on First Media users. 6) To determine whether service quality affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation on First Media users. 7) To determine whether price affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediation on First Media users. In order to collecting data, this study using survey wit h quest ionnaire as it’s instrument. Samples taken 200 respondents. Subject of this study is respondents who used First Media at least 1 year and live in Jakarta. To analyze and process the data, this study use Lisrel and SPSS Ver.22.
