The research was conducted on citizens SMK Karya Wijaya Kusuma in Jakarta, Jln mujahiddin no 17 1, Ciracas East-Jakarta. for three months from April 2014 until June 2014. This study aims to gain knowledge based on data or facts right, correct, valid (valid) and can be trusted on the relationship between work motivation with the performance of teachers in The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Population SMK Karya Wijaya Kusuma in Jakarta, Jln mujahiddin no 17 1, Ciracas East-Jakarta. amounting to 40 people. The technique which is used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 36 people.
The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 56,84 - 0,257 X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0,074, while the Ltable for n = 36 at 0,05 significant level is 0,148. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 0,86 < 2,39, so it was concluded that the linear equation regression. From test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable which is 13,73 > 4,13, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,536, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 14,08 and ttable = 1,68. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,536 is significant.
