- This study aims to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibiliy, Leverage and Investment Decision on Value of Firm in Property and Real Estate Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011-2015. Independent Variable of these study are of Corporate Social Responsibiliy, Leverage and Investment Decisions. While dependent variable is Value of Firm. The data used in this study is annual report of Property and Real Estate Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011-2015. The sample in this research is 42 companies. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with Random Effect Model approach. The result of the research shows that Investment Decision has positive and significant effect to Value of Firm. While Corporate Social Responsibiliy and Leverage have negative effect significant effect to Value of Firm
