Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta 2018. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of parent’s attention and student discipline on learning outcomes, on accounting introduction course at smk negeri 44 jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Interview, data recording, and questionnaire are research technique. Total population in this study were 131 students with a sample of 98 students. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, and the hypothesis test consist of t-test and F-test. Based on the analysis of the data found that there was a partial effect between parent’s attention toward learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed t count 2,938 ttable greater than 1,985. Meanwhile, the student;s discipline are affected by learning outcome, it is seen from the results of data analysis showed tcount 2,555 ttable greater than 1,985. Simultaneously there is relationship between parent’s attention, student discipline to learning outcome. Can be seen from the results of data analysis showed Fcount value of 13,268 is greater than the value of 3,092 Ftable. There was a significant positive influence of parent’s attention and student’s discipline to learning outcome of students with R for 0, 467 and determination coefisien for (R)2 was 21,8%.
