This study aims to determine the Influence between Self-Confidence and Learning Habits on Learning Outcomes in Introduction of Accounting Subjects in XI Class at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The study was conducted for two months from April to Mei 2018. The research method used is survey method. The population is affordable in this study are students of class XI SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta, amounting to 108 students. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling so that the sample obtained 84 students. The variable data (Y) of the learning outcomes is secondary data obtained from final test scores. While the variable data selfconfidence and learning habits derived from the questionnaire by using Likert scale. From the analysis requirements test performed, the data stated normal and linear distributed with multiple regression equation Ŷ = 15,051 +0,428
