This study aims to determine the Influence between Parental Supervision and Motivation Learning to Learning Outcomes on Introduction to Accounting Student Class XI in SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta. The study was conducted for two months from April to May 2018. The research method used is survey method. The population is affordable in this study are students of class XI SMKN 17 Jakarta, amounting to 143 students. The sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling so that the sample obtained 104 students. The variable data (Y) of the learning result is secondary data obtained from daily test scores. While the variable data parental supervision and motivation learning derived from the questionnaire and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained the value of F count (14,591) > F table (3,09), so the parental supervision and motivation learning together affect the learning outcomes. In variable X1 is known that t count (2,755) > t table (1,984) so it can be concluded that part there is a significant influence between the parental supervision and learning outcomes. In the variable X2 known that t count (3,400) > t table (1,984) so it can be concluded that part there is a significant influence between motivation learning with learning outcomes. The amount of influence of learning readiness variable and interest in learning simultaneously to the learning result (R 2 ) is 22,4% with 0,224 R-value,.
