This study takes place in SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta. The method of this study is survey method. The populations of this study are students of Grade XI majoring in accounting that consist of 120 students in three classes. The samples of this study are 90 students using simple random sampling technique. The instrument of this study for X1 variable (emotional intelligence) and X2 variable (learning interest) is using questionnaire with Likert Scale and for Y variable is using semester final exams on all subjects of Grade XI. The result of this study shows that data are normally distributed (0.200>0.05) and linear (X1= 0.00 and X2= 0.00<0.05). The equation of multiple linear regression analysis in this study is Y’= 64.732 +0.108X1 +0.076X2. The result shows there is a significant effect between emotional intelligence and learning interest toward students’ learning achievements. It can be seen from F-test that Fcount (61.499) > Ftable (3.100) and significance value (0.000<0.05). There is a partial relationship between emotional intelligence (X1) and learning achievement (Y) based on T-test with t count (7.299) > t table (2.004) and there is a positive and significant relationship between learning interest variable (X2) and learning achievement (Y) based on T-test with tcount (6.390) > ttable (2.004) and simple correlation coefficient of 0.715. The result of double correlation coefficient is 0,626. It means there is a strong relationship between emotional intelligence and learning interest toward learning achievement with determination coefficient of 58.6%. Therefore, Y variable of learning achievement that is determined by X1 variable of emotional intelligence and X2 variable of learning interest is 54%. Key words: Emotional intelligence, learning interest, learning achievement
