Writing this paper aims to find out soft skills of employees of PT. Mobilkom Telekomindo. As for the background of this writing because Indonesia is one of the countries that have the largest population in the world, the competition to become a quality human resources is very tight. The subject of this paper is an employee of PT. Mobilkom Telekomindo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the soft skills of employees at PT. Mobilkom Telekomindo. The writing of this scientific paper includes the type of research development with reference to previous research conducted by Haryanto in 2007. This paper uses descriptive analysis method. So the data is analyzed to know the skill soft skills of employees. Can employee soft skills affect the company? soft skill is an important ability asset that must be owned by employees, employees with high soft skill more viewed by the company, by having competent employees certainly make the company can be more developed, the work becomes faster because the employees have to know what to do and can make decisions the right one for the company. in overcoming the problem required an evaluation of soft skills owned by employees, the results of this analysis and evaluation can be used as a reference to take the next step in improving employee soft skills Keywords : Soft skills, Soft skill employees, Employees
