This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of self regulation and interpersonal intelligence on the learning outcomes of economic subjects class X IPS students in MAN 9 Jakarta. This research using survey method. The population in this study were students of X IPS class, which amounted to 70 students. Sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. Data analysis technique using SPSS 20.0 begins by searching analysis requirement test such as test of normality and linearity, then multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test that is t test and F test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed self regulation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with t calculated 2,518 > t table 1,996. Furthermore, interpersonal intelligence has an influence on learning outcomes with t calculated 2,408 > t table 1,996. Based on the F test is known F calculated 10,719 > F table 2,741, the results show simultaneously the self regulation and interpersonal intelligence has an influence on learning outcome. The value of the determination coefficient of 0,242. Can be interpreted as much as 24,2% learning result of economic learning subject influenced by self regulation and interpersonal intelligence 75,8% other explained by other variables not examined.
