This study has a purpose that is to determine the effect of Health and Safety (K3) and Financial Compensation to Performance at employees of PT. Wijaya Karya in LRT Development Project (Kelapa Gading - Veldrome route). This research was conducted for three months starting from May until July 2018. The research method used is survey method with koresional approach. The population is affordable in this study all employees of the Department of Public Civil I PT. Wijaya Karya which amounts to 120 employees. The sample used in this research is 89 people by using simple random technique (Propotional random sampling). Y variable data (employee performance), X1 variable (Health and Safety (K3)) and variable data X2 (Financial Compensation) are secondary data for Y and primary variables (X1) and (X2). Data analysis techniques using SPSS version 24.0. The result of F test in the ANOVA table gives Fcount (30.806)> Ftable (3,96), this means Health and Safety (K3) and Financial Compensation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. Test t produces thitung X1 (2,967) ≥ ttable (1,987) and thitung X2 (5,778) ≥ ttabel (1,987). Regression equation in this research is Ŷ = 55.094 + 0,263X1 + 0,511X2. The influence of the dependent variable can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R square), the amount is 41.7% while the rest of 58.3% is influenced by other independent variables that are not examined in this research. The conclusion of this research is there are positive and significant influence between Health and Safety (K3) and Financial Compensation to Performance at PT.
