This research is aimed to get the right knowledge to get correct and valid data of empirical and facts, valid and reliable about the relation between study habit and self efficacy with student achievement in SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta for 5 months, starting from February to June 2018. The method used is survey method with correlational approach, population of all students of state vocational school 31 Jakarta. The technique of sampling is by simple random technique as many as 110 students. Test requirements analysis using Kolmogorov Smirnov Test with Aymp. test results Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.200 thus the hypothesis Ho accepted because of significance> 0.05, then, the data is inferred normal distributed. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 28,16 + 0,527X1 and Ŷ = 33,93 + 0,603X2. Furthermore, t-test was performed and resulted t count 8,117> ttable 1,659 for X1 and obtained tcount 7,403>ttabel 1,659. Based on the t test, the data is positive and significant. Coefficient of Product Moment from Pearson produces rxy = 0,616 for X1 and significance value equal to 0.000, because significance <0,05 hence, it can be concluded there is positive and significant relation. While for variable x2 has rxy = 0,580 and significance value 0,000 because significance <0,05 hence, can be concluded there is positive and significant relation. Determination coefficient value R2 study habit variable with learning achievement of 37,9% and 33,7% show self efficacy variable with learning achievement.
