This study aims to obtain empirical data and facts that are appropriate, valid, and reliable and about the correlation between Correlationship Between Self Efficacy And Learning Discipline on Academic Achievement Of 3 Jakarta Senior High School. This research was held at SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. For four months starting from Februari 2018 to June 2018. The research method is survey with correlational approach, the population are students of class X SMK Negeri 3 Jakarta. Used simple random technique sampling of 115 students. Data analysis technique used is, first test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of lineararitas. Both multiple linear regression tests. The three hypothesis test that contains t test and F test. Fourth multiple correlation test. The last one is analysis of coefficient of determination. thitung on Self-Efficacy variable equal 4,878 and thitung on Learning Discipline that is equal to 4,933 where ttabel equal to 1,65857, this means there is significant partial correlation of Self-Efficacy and Learning Discipline. Because thitung > ttable. While for test F, founf the result Fcount of 30,797 >Ftable value 3,079. Where can be drawn the conclusion that there influence simultaneously between variabel Self-Efficacy and Learning Discipline to Academic Achievement. Because Fcount>Ftable, Multiple regression equation obtained result Ŷ = 36,046 + 0,281X1 + 0,287X2. R2 coefficient of determination value of 0,436. This means that Self-Efficacy (X1) and Learning Discipline (X2) variables affect Academic Achievement (Y) by 43,6%. Keywords: Academic Achievement, Self Efficacy, Learning Discipline
