This study aims to find the right information to find empirical data and facts that are accurate, valid, and reliable about the correlation between learning environment and self concept on academic achievement in students of SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. For five months starting from February 2018 until June 2018. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach, the population used is XI Grade Student of SMK Negeri 46 Jakarta. The sampling technique used is a simple random technique of 139 students. Data analysis technique used is, first test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearity. Both multiple linear regression tests. The third hypothesis test contains t test and F test. The four multiple correlation test. The last calculation is the coefficient of determination. tcount on learning environment variable of 6,121 and tcount for Self Concept variable equal to 5,300. Where ttable of 1.65613 this means there is a significant partial influence of variables Learning Environment and Self Concept with Achievement Learning. Because tcount> ttable, while for Test F, found Fcount of 61.658> Ftabel value of 3.061. Where can be drawn the conclusion that there are simultaneously influence the variable of Learning Environment and Self Concept with Learning Achievement because Fcount> Ftable. Multiple regression equation obtained result Ẏ = 41,245 + 0,231 X1 + 0,255 X2. R2 coefficient of determination value of 0.476. This means that the Learning Environment (X1) and Self Concept (X2) variables affect the Learning Achievement (Y) as much as 47.6%. Keywords: Academic Achievement, Learning Environment, Self Concept
