  • ADE SAPUTRA. Relationship between emotional intelegece and learning style with learning outcomes of introduction economic and business on SMK Negeri 47 students in Jakarta. Thesis Jakarta : Study Program Of Business Education, Faculty Of Economic, Stave University Of Jakarta. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 47 in Jakarta for 6 months. Starting from December 2017 until June 2018. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between emotional intelegece and learning style with learning outcomes The lesson economic introduction and business on SMK Negeri 47 students in Jakarta. The research method used correlational approach method, the population taken from the students class X1 of SMK Negeri 47 in Jakarta. The number of samples were 131 respondents were taken by using simple random sampling technique. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ= 61,866+0,246 X1 and Ŷ= 61,129+0,244 X2. Test requirements analyze that is using the test of normality and linearity. Test normality with Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 and yield significant level of Y value equal to 0,212, X1 value equal to 0,280, X2 value equal to 0,244. Because the level of significance of these three variables> 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributnd can be used in further analysis. The linearity regression test of Y over X1 yielded tcount 6,886> ttable 1,65685 and regression linearity test of Y over X2 yielded tcount> ttable that is tcount 7,022> ttabel 1,65685, so it is concluded that the regression equation is linear. Then t test and Y yielded over X1 tct = 6,886 and ttable = 1.65685 Y over X2 tcount = 7,022 and ttable = 1.65685. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient is positive and significant. Coefficient of determination Y on X1 obtained by 0,269 which show 26,9% variable of emotional intelligence determine learning outcomes and X2 obtained equal to 0,277 which indicate that 27,70% independent variable learning style determine learning outcomes.
