This research aims to determine there is influence between learning environtment and discipline learning to the learning outcomes economics of student class XI IIS in Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Budhi Warman 1 Jakarta. This research method used survey method. The population is students of class XI IIS by 143 students consisting of XI IIS 1, XI IIS 2, XI IIS 3, and XI IIS 4. The sampling technique using sampling techniques saturated or better known as the census. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0, begins with finding the test requirements analysis is the normality test using Komolgrov Smirnov method and the value of learning environment (X1) by 0,488; the value of self concept (X2) by 0,064; the value of the learning outcomes economics (Y) by 0,104 then the data were normally distributed. From the F test results can be known Fhitung 39,719 > Ftabel 3,06 so it can be concluded that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect of X3. From the t test results can be known thitung X1 4,693 > ttabel 1,977 then a positive influence between learning environtment to the learning outcomes economics. Then thitung X2 3,078 > ttabel 1,977 then a positive influence between self concept to the learning outcomes economics. From the calculation equation X3 = 0,402X1 + 0,264X2 + 0,6382. The value Rsquare by 0,362 which means that the learning outcomes economics can be explained by learning environtment and discipline learning by 36,2% and the rest by 63,8% influenced and explained by other variables not examined.
