Data analysis techniques used are tests consisting of normality test and linearity test, multicollinearity test, heterokedesticity test, linear multiple regression test, hypothesis testing consisting of tests and t. One of the things that can be seen is the result of data analysis which shows tcount of (4,450) > ttable (1,697). Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance, it is the result of data analysis that shows the value of t count (4.290) > ttable (1.697). Partial compensation compensation for employee performance, things accelerate, that is measurement of data that shows Fcount value (24,729) > Ftable (3,316). The regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 22,242 + 0,426X1 + 0,4-1X2.. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained R2 value of 0.547 which means discipline (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 54.7%.
