Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, on 2018. This research is aimed to examine the effects of compensation, job satisfaction and work motivation to work commitment on teachers at three Private High Scool Jagakarsa Subdistric. The population amounted to 72 teachers, and the samples were cencus sampling method. Type of research is descriptive analysis, data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed to all teachers. The mmethod of analyisis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant on work commitment. Work motivation has a positive and significant on work commitment. And between compensation, job satisfacion and work motivatiion has a simultaneously influencing teachers work commitment. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Commitment
