This research is aims to analyze Influence of Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Foreign Investment on Labor Absorption in the Manufacturing Sector in Indonesia. The research method used is panel data regression analysis using time series data from 2012-2015 and cross section data of 13 provinces in Indonesia obtained from Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Data and Information Center of the Ministry of Industry and using the random effect method. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis. Using the panel data regression analysis model, output shows that minimum wage (X1) has a negative and significant effect on labor absorption (Y) on manufacturing sector in Indonesia. Gross Regional Domestic Product (X2) has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption (Y) on manufacturing sector in Indonesia. Foreign Investment (X3) has a negative and significant effect on labor absorption (Y) on manufacturing sector in Indonesia.
