Economics Education Study Program, Economics Faculty, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The aims of this research to explain The Influence of Life Expectancy, Mean Years of Schooling, Purchasing Per Capita on Poverty and Correlation to Human Development Index in Indonesia based on reliable and valid data. The research method used ex-post facto. Secondary data in this research from Indonesia’s Government Institutions. Then, this research used 165 observations from time series data 2012-2016 and cross section 33 province in Indonesia. Life Expectancy (X1) based on secondary data in years. Mean Years of Schooling (X2) based on secondary data in years. Purchasing Per Capita (X3) based on secondary data in nominal rupiah. Poverty (Y) is secondary data in persentage of poor people. Human Development Index (Z) is secondary data in ratio. Data analysis technique in this research consisted of panel data regression, fixed effect model and Pearson correlation. The research shows that the variable Life Expectancy negative and significant affect on Poverty (Sig= 0.0076 < 0.05) indicated by coefficient value -0.175821. Mean Years of Schooling negative, thought not significantly the Poverty (Sig= 0.3058 > 0.05) and coefficient value -0.206833. Purchasing Per Capita negative significant affect on Poverty (Sig= 0.0137 < 0.05) and correlation value -8.075815. Again, the Poverty has a negative and high correlation with Human Development Index indicated by correlation coefficient -0.625696 Keyword: Life Expectancy, Mean Years of Schooling, Per Capita Expenditure, Poverty, Human Development Index
