This paper has a purpose to find out about The Office Layout of Employment Bureau at National Civil Service Agency. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, the data of collection methode through the literature study and observation. The problem contained in The Employment Bureau at National Civil Service Agency is organizing and placing the location of tools office less accurate. The Office Layout of Emloyment Bureau at National Civil Service Agency has to do some improvement such as planning the layout ang optimizing the utilization of the office layout anf facilities effectively ang efficiently. From the result of this paper, it can be seen that in the office layout anf its facilitaties should perform good and accurate planning, pay attention to the environment as well as the physical condition of the office layout and cognize that the good, effective, anf efficient office layout can improve the employee productivity at work. These things are essential in an office as well as to support the company’s progress. Key Word : Office, Layout, Office Layout
